Pre-order / Whole Galette des Rois (8–10 servings)

Every year, we receive numerous requests from people who want to purchase our galette whole rather than by the slice. This year, for the third time, we are offering a limited quantity (the idea being not to compete with our fellow bakers for whom this is their core business!) of whole galettes with a "fève" (little object inside, whoever gets it is the king/queen), handmade in ceramic by Bibi herself in collaboration with Anouchka Ceramiks, and a crown, available for pre-order!

Simply select a date from the drop-down menu and come pick it up at HBLAB, 19 rue Lucien Sampaix, 75010 Paris (ring the white bell on the storefront) between 10 am and 2 pm on the selected day.

Our galette des rois is generously filled as always! Weighing around 1150g, which makes 8 big or 10 medium slices.

Dietary restrictions: Contains a large amount of almonds and a small amount of alcohol.
